This will give you a warning that you have manufacturer-specific drivers installed, and should update from them given that you can't, go with the Intel drivers. If you have Intel integrated graphics, and the OEM drivers (eg HP) are old, try installing the drivers provided by Intel. Instructions on how to do this may be found in the OP of the "game crashing" pinned thread. It may help to provide your dxdiag report.

If you can't get to the main menu, that is this thread. If you can start a game, but then crash, that's not this thread. We're trying to keep this thread to straight reports. Other threads will be closed, or merged in here, at moderator discretion. This is not a place to rant about it, but feel free to express your displeasure in a polite and restrained way while reporting. Please include your system specs, and preferably a link to a pastebin of your dxdiag (use Google to find out what that means if you don't know). Please use this thread to report the game failing to start, or failing to start fully.
